1. Where are my clothing layers? Your tattoos used to have them!
   1. Don’t worry, we still have them in there. Sometimes we put them in a box because the sheer number of layers is overwhelming (like when we start breaking up designs). Look for a box in your folder and open it up for more layer goodness.
2. I bought something from you on the Marketplace and it never arrived!
   1. It happens, a lot. Just drop a note card to the one of us you purchased from and we’ll either resend it or just send you the box.
3. Can I get a refund?
   1. Since our items are copy/mod/no trans no we can’t give a refund. If you double purchase, we can refund one. If you double purchase from the Marketplace, we can refund what we received from the sale (there is a fee that is deducted by LL, so sorry, we  can’t foot the bill on that all the time).
4. Do you do custom work?
   1. Sometimes. Contact either Daphne Klossovsky or Tobias Convair inworld.
